Biography
David Neal is the Chief Financial Officer for Paradigm. He is responsible for all accounting and treasury functions of the company and provides oversight of regulatory and contract compliance. With other senior leadership, he develops and implements financial and operational strategies that drive Paradigm’s mission and goals. He also serves as the CFO of The International Genomics Consortium. Mr. Neal previously served as Director of Finance for the Translational Genomics Research Institute (TGen). Mr. Neal obtained his BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign College of Business.
