Biography
Troy Shelton is Paradigm’s Vice President of Operations. Mr. Shelton helps to oversee all aspects of clinical and research operations and logistics. He serves in a similar role at IGC. Mr. Shelton has over 18 years of healthcare and project management experience and was previously focused on the delivery of healthcare to the military and veteran affair’s beneficiary population. Mr. Shelton obtained his BS from BYU and his MS in Management / Human Resources form Webster University.
