 When I think of the most successful projects I’ve been involved in, they are the ones that at the time were the most demanding and challenging. Success comes in overcoming adversity – whether that is tough environmental permitting, complex designs, or challenging schedules. Once the project is done, and the client is happy, you actually forget the pain and suffering that occurred along the way.
