Biography
Victoria is board certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced, holds master’s degrees in Healthcare Administration and Nursing, and is a co-founder of the Global Nursing Conference. She is known for creating strong and enduring nursing collaboration with physicians, patients and the communities we serve. Originally from California, she was drawn to PeaceHealth for the chance to create a successful nursing practice architecture across the system.
