Adina Buzduga

Biography

 Adina Buzduga is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Bucharest. Ms. Buzduga joined the firm in 2007 and over the years has successfully completed more than 200 Executive Search projects. She focuses on recruiting leaders for local and international technology companies across multiple verticals including enterprise software, cloud services, security, storage, and embedded technology and hardware companies, primarily telecom services providers and BSS (SSC, BPO, ITO and R&D). From a functional standpoint, Adina specialises in general management, Sales Directors, Marketing Directors, Customer Experience Directors, and Engineering Leaders positions. Drawing on her mix of business processes, change management and technology knowledge, Ms. Buzduga also helps her clients leverage the impact of digital transformation in their organisations. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, she managed company-wide sales operations and set up quality control systems within the RCS & RDS Telecom Company in Romania. Ms. Buzduga has a degree in Banking and Stock Markets from the Academy of Economic Studies, University of Craiova. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English.
