Biography
Biprashish Roy is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners based in Mumbai. Mr. Roy began his career of more than 20 years in sales and business development with large multinationals & Indian Business Houses. After 12 years, he moved into the Executive Recruitment industry & graduated into Executive Search, wherein he gained diverse industry exposure over more than 6 years in Telecom, Energy, Infrastructure & Engineering sectors. During his career in Executive Search Mr. Roy served as the Head of Consumer & Retail Practice for an international Executive Search firm. Between posts in the Executive Search industry, Mr. Roy also helped develop The Art of Living Foundation, The Foundation is one of a few consulting organisations to the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations. Mr. Roy holds an MBA in Marketing from the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune. He speaks fluent English and Hindi.
