Biography
Carolina Cicala is a Business Development Executive at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Cicala entered the Executive Search industry with Pedersen & Partners as a Research Analyst in 2012 and for almost two years she provided assistance for numerous talent acquisition assignments within emerging markets. In 2014 she was promoted to Business Development Executive and in this new role she supports the firm’s development efforts across LATAM and SEE. Before transitioning to Executive Search, Ms. Cicala gained experience in the U.S. Hospitality and Sales industries while serving in mid-tier managerial roles. Ms. Cicala holds a diploma in Foreign Languages, Literature and Linguistics from the Free University of Moldova. Apart from her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English, Russian and Spanish, and has basic knowledge of Greek.
