Cristina Caramizaru is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Caramizaru has worked in the Executive Search industry since 2003 with international executive recruitment firms. In the course of her career she was at the helm of starting and developing the Technology Practice at one of the recruitment firms. She additionally has a strong track record in the Sales & Marketing, Finance, Retail and IT sectors. Ms. Caramizaru holds a degree in Psychology from the Titu Maiorescu University in Romania. In addition to her native Romanian, she speaks fluent English.
