Biography
Dawn Mak is a Research Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. Ms. Mak is an industry specialist with over a decade of HR and Talent Management experience in the Financial Services and Real Estate industry sectors across Southeast Asia, with postings in Singapore and Thailand. She entered the field as a Research Analyst for an APAC full service research company and later on she held several HR postings with the Singapore National Library statutory board, the Singapore branch of ABN AMRO Bank, and for one of Asia’s largest real estate companies. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Mak worked for a humanitarian aid foundation with UN consultative status. Ms. Mak holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. Apart from her native Chinese, she speaks fluent English, and Mandarin, and has basic knowledge of Thai and Japanese.
