Biography
Jitka M. Weber is a Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, based in Prague. Ms. Weber is an accomplished search professional specialising in senior level international assignments across a broad range of functions in the Innovative Manufacturing, Pharmaceuticals, Med Tech and Biotech sectors in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and broader CEE. Before joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Weber served as a Partner for an international Executive Search firm and during her tenure she led and developed the firm’s Life Science and Healthcare Practice Groups in several European countries. Prior to joining the Executive Search industry, Ms. Weber gained a wealth of experience within the Chemical sector, working as a Product Manager, National KAM and Country Manager in the Biotechnology and Distribution of chemical raw materials with several major European producers of bio-chemicals. Ms. Weber obtained a Ph.D. from the University of South Bohemia, in the Czech Republic. Additionally, she has professional training in Executive Coaching with the QED Group and is an experienced Executive coach and Assessor. Apart from her native Czech and German, she is fluent in English, Russian, Croatian, and has basic knowledge of Spanish and Italian.
