Biography
Julia Zach is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Munich. Ms. Zach has worked in Executive Search for almost twenty years and is specialised in cross-border assignments with the focus on old economy industries, such as Automotive and Financial Services – investment banking, asset management and insurance – in the DACH region and across Western and Central Europe. Apart from her extensive professional background in Executive Search, Ms. Zach also supported the launch of the International Academy for Board Member Development, dedicated to board members development in London, Munich and South Africa. Earlier in her career, she served on the Advisory Board of a European Executive Search firm focused exclusively on assignments in the financial industry, where she managed and coordinated the activities of 10 non-executive directors. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms. Zach was an Independent Executive Search and Market Strategy Consultant advising regional and international companies on management selection, retention and career transition. Ms. Zach has a Psychology degree from Paracelsus Heilpaktiker-Schulen and also holds a Public Relations degree from ISEA-ITL Institut Supérieur de l`Entreprise et des Affaires in Paris. She speaks native German, fluent English and French and has a basic understanding of Italian and Spanish.
