Biography
Manish Joshi is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners, based in Mumbai. Mr. Joshi has over eight years of Executive Search and business development experience in Industrial and Infrastructure sector operations. Over the course of his career, he served in various management roles, ranging from General Manager to Vice President within several Executive Search companies and also managed Talent Acquisition for key regional real estate developers. During his mandates, Mr. Joshi has completed a wide range of functional Heads & CXO level assignments in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Engineering, Oil & Gas and Logistics industries across India and the Middle East. Earlier in his career, he relocated to the Middle East with a leading UAE private real estate developer, managing Talent Acquisition for their technical requirements. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Joshi served as the Talent Acquisition General Manager at India’s leading real estate developer where he carried out numerous recruitment projects across technical verticals. Mr. Joshi holds a PG in Hospitality Management and Hotel Operations from a leading hospitality institute and is an Internationally Certified User of Thomas International Personal Profile Analysis. He speaks native Hindi and fluent English.
