Mr. Shavikesh Goel

Biography

 Shavikesh Goel is a Principal and the Head of Indo-German Business at Pedersen & Partners, based in India. Mr. Goel is an experienced Management Consulting and Executive Search professional, with a career spanning over 17 years, during which he has serviced clients on a variety of projects in attracting leadership talent and providing solutions across functions and industries. He started his Executive Search career in 2006 as Vice President for a German Business Consulting company, where he assembled teams to facilitate India market penetration for clients, along with providing Business Management and Project Management services. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Mr. Goel was the India Managing Director for a renowned German Executive Search firm, where he secured sustainable business and revenue growth, and increased business coverage. Prior to that, Mr. Goel led the Sales & Marketing department for a local consulting organisation specialising in Business Consulting, HR & OD Consulting and Corporate Training and was the Product Manager for a leading textile conglomerate in India. Mr. Goel has an MBA in Marketing from the University of Jammu, India and a B.E. in Electronics & Communication from Bangalore University, India. Apart from his native Hindi, he speaks fluent English and has basic knowledge of German.
