Biography
Nicole Yu is a Consultant at Pedersen & Partners, based in Shanghai, China. Since 2008, Ms. Yu has gained an extensive experience in conducting senior management recruitment projects for both international and regional clients, with a particular focus on Financial Services and FMCG sectors. Prior to joining Pedersen & Partners, Ms Yu was managing the Shanghai office of a leading Human Resources Consulting Group in Greater China. Before starting her career in recruiting, Ms. Yu was employed for over 6 years by law firms in the United States of America. Ms. Yu holds a B.A. in International Trade from the Chung-Hua University and a M.A. in International Business from the Webster University. She speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
