Biography
Tomasz Maczynski is a Principal at Pedersen & Partners based in Warsaw, Poland. Mr. Maczynski has over 15 years of Executive Search experience, having started his search career with Pedersen & Partners in 2002. He has since developed a strong reputation within the industry, having worked for several leading global Executive Search firms and conducting assignments across Poland and other CEE markets. He rejoined Pedersen & Partners in 2014 and has successfully completed numerous top-level assignments focusing on the Consumer Goods, Retail, Private Equity, and Financial industries. Mr. Maczynski has a degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Warsaw and a Postgraduate degree in Social Psychology from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities. He speaks native Polish and fluent English.
