Biography
Vadim Draganenco is the Research Centre Lead at Pedersen & Partners, based in Chisinau, Moldova. Mr. Draganenco entered the Executive Search field with Pedersen & Partners in 2013 as a Research Associate and for almost two and a half years he was responsible for providing talent acquisition support for multiple sectors, including the Banking, Financial Services, Information & Technology, Telecommunication, Manufacturing, and FMCG industries across CEE, Baltics, CIS, Africa, China, and US. In 2016 he was promoted to Research Consultant and soon after he was appointed Research Centre Lead. In this new role he helps deliver senior-level mandates by assisting with cross-border support in numerous C-suite projects across the firm’s Practice Groups. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Draganenco worked for a local Retail company and also served as the Sales and Marketing Manager for an Educational Management firm. Mr. Draganenco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Administrative Science from the State University of Moldova. Apart from his native Romanian, he speaks fluent Russian and English, and has basic knowledge of Spanish
