David A. Delizza

Biography

 David A. DeLizza, PE, serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Dave’s responsibilities include daily management of the firm’s operations, ensuring client service is meeting expectations, balancing the use of the firm’s resources, and firm profitability. Dave joined Pennoni in 1979 and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. He has extensive experience in civil engineering, client services, and project management. He is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Delaware. He is also a civil engineering graduate of Drexel University. A member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers, Dave also sits on Rowan University's Civil Engineering Advisory Council, the Advisory Council of the World Trade Center of Greater Philadelphia, and the Stockton College Foundation Board of Directors.
