Biography
Mr. Boyd received a B.S. degree in structural design and construction engineering from Penn State Harrisburg. Prior to joining the staff at Penn State Harrisburg, he worked as a construction standards manager for Quality Builders Warranty Corporation in Wormleysburg, PA.
