Biography
Mrs. Yelk received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Penn State Altoona and has worked in Lebanon County, Lancaster County, and Dauphin County. Prior to joining the Penn State Harrisburg staff, she worked in the Dauphin County Courthouse as a clerk for the Register of Wills and Clerk of the Orphans’ Court office.
