Biography
Dr. Subramanian holds a Ph.D. in civil engineering from The University of Florida. Prior to joining the faculty at Penn State Harrisburg, he served as transportation engineer at MDSHA OMT.
Research Interest
Portland Cement Concrete Materials used in buildings as well as in roads, Asphalt Cement Concrete Materials used in Roadway Pavements, Construction Management including Roadway Pavement Management, Sustainable Energy used in Roadways and Buildings
