Biography
Sai P. Kakuturu is an Associate Professor of Civil Engineering at Penn State Harrisburg. He earned his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Kansas State University (2003) and is a registered Professional Engineer (P.E.). Prior to joining Penn State in 2010, he was a visiting faculty member at the University of Central Florida from 2007 to 2010. During 1995-2000 and 2003-2006, he served the government of India as a Research Officer (Geotechnical Engineer) and contributed to their projects on major earth dams and canals interlinking river basins.

Traditional Methods and X-ray Micro-Computed-Tomography (μCT) for research on Geo-environmental issues, Soil erosion, Sustainability of Infrastructure, Pedagogical research for enhancing civil engineering education
