Biography
Dr. Julie A. Chesley is an associate professor of organization theory and management at Pepperdine University, where she is the director of the Graziadio School's top-ranked Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) program. Dr. Chesley's teaching focuses on personal and group transformation as well as the critical thinking and analysis required to successfully lead change. Dr. Chesley has also been on the faculty at the United States Air Force Academy and at Colorado College.
Research Interest
Study of human behavior and decision-making, with a focus on topics such as investors' use of financial statements, auditor liability, and professional ethics.
