Mr. Thomas G. Ondrof, also known as Tom, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Performance Food Group Company since October 01, 2016. Mr. Ondrof served as Executive Vice President of Business Development at Compass Group USA, Inc. since January 01, 2014 and served as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy. Mr. Ondrof served as Chief Financial Officer at Compass Group USA, Inc. from 1999 to 2010 and also as its Executive Vice President of Retail Development. Mr. Ondrof served in several roles at the foodservice and support services company Compass Group North America from 1991 to 2015 and served as its Chief Development Officer. He also served as Chief Strategy Officer at Compass Group from 2010 to 2013 and served as its Corporate Controller from 1996 to 1999. He served as Director of Financial Planning at Compass Group from 1991 to 1996. He served as Vice President of Finance and Planning for Compass Group North America in 1999. Prior to joining Compass Group in 1991, he worked for ITT in Stamford, Connecticut in the financial planning group and also for PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Atlanta, Georgia. He has more than 10 years experience in strategic and financial planning, acquisitions and divestitures. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also holds a Certified Management Accountant designation.
