Biography

Mr. Frank A. Wilson, also known as Andy, has been Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of PerkinElmer LAS (Germany) GmbH since May 2009. Mr. Wilson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of PerkinElmer, Inc. since joined it in May 18, 2009. Mr. Wilson has overall leadership responsibility for the strategy and operations of all Company finance and control functions. He is a global leader focused on improving the health and safety of people and their environment. He has over 20 years of expertise in developing effective financial and business strategies for driving financial performance. He held positions at the Danaher Corporation, including Group Vice President of Business Development; Group Vice President of Finance for Danaher Motion Group; President of Gems Sensors; and Group Vice President of Finance for the Industrial Controls Group. He worked at E.F. Hutton and Company. He served as the Chief Accounting Officer at PerkinElmer, Inc. from May 18, 2009 to April 26, 2011. Prior to joining PerkinElmer, he served as a Corporate Vice President of Investor Relations at Danaher Corporation. While at Danaher, he held key financial and business management roles. He joined Danaher in 1997, after several years with AlliedSignal, Inc. (now Honeywell International, Inc.) where he served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer for Commercial Aviations Systems. His prior experience includes five years with PepsiCo Inc. in financial leadership and controllership positions and five years with KPMG Peat Marwick. He has been Independent Director of Sparton Corporation since February 20, 2015. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Wilson holds Bachelors Degree in accounting and Business Administration from Baylor University. Mr. Frank A.
