Mr. Joel S. Goldberg has been the President of Caliper Life Sciences, Inc. since November 07, 2011. Mr. Goldberg has been a Senior Vice President of Administration, General Counsel and Secretary at PerkinElmer LAS (Germany) GmbH and PerkinElmer Inc. since July 2008. Prior to PerkinElmer, he served as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Secretary for Millennium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. until July 2008. During his seven years with Millennium, he focused in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, investment and financing transactions, securities and healthcare related compliance and employment law. He served as an Associate at the law firm of Edwards & Angell, LLP. He serves as a Member of Supervisory Board of chemagen Biopolymer-Technologie AG. Mr. Goldberg graduated from the Northeastern University School of Law and also holds a Masters in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
