Biography

Mr. Michael M. Nuzzo, also known as Mike, has been Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of PETCO Animal Supplies, Inc. and Petco Holdings, Inc. since April 2015. In this position, Mr. Nuzzo responsible for leading PETCO Animal Supplies's overall financial strategy and execution, with accountability for finance. He has been the Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Business Development at Thorley Industries, LLC since June 2014. Mr. Nuzzo served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of GNC Holdings Inc. from September 2008 to 2014. Since 2008, he was responsible for addressing GNC's finances, operations and overall strategy, including financial forecasts and budgets. He served as Chief Administrative Officer at 4moms, a leading high-tech baby gear brand. He also helped lead GNC's successful initial public offering in 2011. He served as the Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer of General Nutrition Centers Inc., at GNC Corp. since September 16, 2008. He joined GNC from Abercrombie & Fitch, where he served for nine years. He served as Principal Financial & Accounting Officer of Abercrombie & Fitch Co., from August 2008 to September 25, 2008 and also served as its Senior Vice President of Finance until September 25, 2008. His career at Abercrombie spanned significant financial leadership roles for both the A&F store organization as well as their various corporate business units. Mr. Nuzzo has an MBA degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago in 1998 and his earned a bachelor's degree in Economics from Kenyon College in 1992. Mr. Michael M.
