Biography
Paul ‘B’ has 16 years’ experience in the petroleum industry. He acquired a M.Sc. in Palynology at Sheffield (1997) and went on to work as a palynologist, wellsite micropalaeontologist, geologist and wellsite geologist. He has substantial wellsite experience within the North Sea and Middle East. Paul joined PetroStrat in 2006 and has concentrated on Palynology, focussing on North Sea Tertiary palynostratigraphy (involving frequent wellsite assignments and numerous routine studies) and also on North African Palaeozoics. Paul has gained considerable experience working on Palaeozoic sections from Tunisia, Libya and Morocco, usually working alongside Nick Miles, and has conducted a number of Palaeozoic wellsites in Morocco and Poland.
