Biography
Peter has 18 years’ experience in petroleum industry consulting. During his career he has worked on the palynology of Cenozoic and Mesozoic sections from many parts of the world, including Egypt, the South China Sea and Papua New Guinea. Peter’s main area of expertise is the palynology and stratigraphy of the Tertiary and Cretaceous of the South Atlantic margin – he has worked on and coordinated single well and multi-well projects throughout the West African margin, including both pre- and post-Salt studies. His experience also extends to the other side of the Atlantic, with projects in Peru, Ecuador and especially Brazil. Peter has provided wellsite palynological services in Gabon, Papua New Guinea and offshore Peru.
