Biography
"J. Brian Ferguson is a member of the board of directors for Phillips 66. He is chair of the audit and finance committee and serves on the nominating and governance, public policy, and executive committees. Ferguson retired as chairman of Eastman Chemical Company (Eastman) in 2010 and as CEO of Eastman in 2009. He became the chairman and CEO of Eastman in 2002. He was Chairman of the American Chemistry Council in 2010, and was a member of the Business Roundtable and the board of the National Association of Manufacturers prior to his retirement from Eastman. He also currently serves on the board of Owens Corning and is a member of the University of Tennessee Board of Trustees. Ferguson graduated from Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering in 1977."
