Biography

Mr. Craig D. Steeneck serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Pinnacle Foods Fort Madison LLC. Mr. Steeneck has been Chief Financial Officer of Pinnacle Foods Inc. and Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC since July 1, 2007 and as its Executive Vice President since July 2007. He serves as Principal Accounting Officer of Pinnacle Foods Inc. and Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC. He served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Pinnacle Foods Inc. from April 30, 2016 to May 22, 2016. He was Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President at Pinnacle Foods Group LLC since July 2007. He served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bumble Bee Foods, LLC. He served as Executive Vice President of Financial Planning and Manufacturing Accounting & Systems of Pinnacle Foods Inc. since June 28, 2005 until July 01, 2007 and was responsible for Information Technology, Operations Finance and Enterprise & Production Planning. He served as Executive Vice President of Operations Accounting, Planning & Systems of Pinnacle Foods Finance LLC from June 28, 2005 to July 2007. From June 2005 to July 2007, Mr. Steeneck served as Executive Vice President, Supply Chain Finance and IT of Pinnacle Foods. He served as an Executive Vice President of Financial Planning and Manufacturing Accounting/Systems of Aurora Foods, Inc. since June 2005. From April 2003 to June 2005, Mr. Steeneck served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Cendant Timeshare Resorts Group. From March 2001 to April 2003, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Resorts Condominiums International, a subsidiary of Cendant. He joined International Home Foods Inc. in October 1999 and served as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from November 1999 to February 2001. From 1986 to 1999, he held several positions at Reckitt & Colman as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for their North American business. He was Senior Auditor at Price Waterhouse. He has been Director of Boulder Brands, Inc since January 15, 2016. He has been an Independent Director at Hostess Brands, Inc. (formerly, Gores Holdings, Inc.) since November 03, 2016. He serves as an Executive Director at the William Paterson University Foundation. Mr. Steeneck has been a Director of Freshpet, Inc. since November 2014. Mr. Steeneck is Certified Public Accountant in the State of New Jersey and holds BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.
