Michael R. Mayder

Biography

Mr. Michael R. Mayder, also known as Mike, CMA MBA, has been the Chief Financial Officer at Maxim Power Corp. since October 1, 2007 and has been its Senior Vice President of Finance since September 2014. Mr. Mayder is a Management Consultant and provides finance, accounting, regulatory and general management consulting services. He served as Vice President of Finance at Maxim Power Corp., since October 1, 2007. He has over thirty years of finance, accounting and business development experience in the electrical energy and utility sectors. Mr. Mayder served as the Vice President of Business Development, Treasurer and Director of Finance at ENMAX Corporation for nine years. His responsibilities at Enmax included treasury and accounting functions, budget controls and financial reporting. Prior to ENMAX, he held several senior management accounting and information system positions at the City of Calgary. He served as the Chairman of Seair Inc. since May 2010. Mr. Mayder served as a Director of Seair Inc., from December 29, 2006 to May 20, 2014. He has been a Certified Management Accountant since 1986 and earned the Alberta Silver Medal for his accomplishments in this program. Mr. Mayder has a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Calgary, where he graduated on the Dean's list in 2001.
