Biography

 Plaintiffs, dentists from across the United States, have filed a class-action lawsuit against dental distributors Henry Schein, Patterson Dental, Burkhart and Benco Dental (publisher of Incisal Edge), accusing the companies of violating antitrust laws by, among other things, engaging in a group boycott and agreeing not to compete with one another on price in order to drive up profit margins. The four companies are vigorously defending the lawsuit, which is making its way through the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
