Joe Jolly leads our development efforts, combining more than three decades of product development experience with a unique creative flair. He also brings with him an unflagging interest in global cuisines, constantly seeking out new flavors and cooking techniques. Our small size enables us to bring products through the development cycle and into production more quickly than the bigger guys.
