Michael T. Speetzen

Biography

Mr. Michael T. Speetzen, also known as Mike, has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Polaris Industries Inc. since August 3, 2015. Mr. Speetzen served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Xylem Inc. from 2011 to July 30, 2015. He was responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all of Xylem's financial-related activities, including accounting, financing, forecasting, strategic planning, property management, deal analysis and negotiations and investor relations. He joined ITT in 2009 as Vice President of Finance for Fluid Technology and later held that same position with Fluid and Motion Control. Before joining ITT, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President for the StandardAero division of private equity firm Dubai Aerospace Enterprise. Previously, he held positions of increasing responsibility in the finance functions at Honeywell and General Electric. Mr. Speetzen graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Management and received his M.B.A. from Thunderbird's School of Global Management.
