Mr. Kenneth J. Parker, also known as Ken, has been Senior Vice President of Governmental & External Affairs at Potomac Electric Power Company since 2016. Mr. Parker has been Senior Vice President of Governmental and External Affairs at Delmarva Power & Light Co. since 2016. He serves as Senior Vice President of Government and External Affairs at Pepco Holdings LLC (a\k\a Pepco Holdings, Inc.). Mr. Parker served as Senior Vice President of Government Affairs and Corporate Citizenship of Pepco Holdings, Inc. since September 1, 2012 and served as its Vice President of Public Policy from June 1, 2009 to September 1, 2012. was responsible for developing PHI's position on issues and reconciling federal and state issues throughout PHI service area comprising southern New Jersey, the Delmarva Peninsula and the Washington metropolitan area. He served as Region President of Atlantic City Electric of Pepco Holdings, Inc. He joined Atlantic City Electric in 1986 and held various positions of increasing responsibility, including Director of Government Affairs for New Jersey; and Vice President of Atlantic Region. He is a 1999 graduate of Leadership New Jersey. He is a graduate of Delaware State University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education. Mr. Kenneth J.
