Mr. Kenneth J. Parker, also known as Ken, has been Senior Vice President of Governmental & External Affairs at Potomac Electric Power Company since 2016. He serves as Senior Vice President of Government and External Affairs at Pepco Holdings LLC (a\k\a Pepco Holdings, Inc.).
