Sylvain Lanoue

Biography

 Sylvain Lanoue completed his collegial degree at the Montmorency College as a technician in electrodynamic then completed his bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering at the École de Technologie Supérieure (ÉTS) and is member of the ‘’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec / Quebec engineer association’’ (OIQ) since 1991. Evolving in the manufacturing field for over 25 years, Sylvain worked as an engineer for Hydro-Québec, Manager at ABB and finally at Power Survey International as an owner and Co-President of the company until he sold most of his shares in 2016 to EnerTech Capital and Quebec Investment. Sylvain’s career provided him the opportunity to gain different responsibilities in engineering, R&D, sales, marketing, production and business management. More than 25 years has been dedicated in the electrical market specifically in the energy saving and Power Quality field combined to the industrial, commercial and utility sector which has permitted him to acquire a vast and solid experience in commercialising his products through different market partnering with several business partners throughout the world but mostly in North America with electrical distributors, manufacturer representatives, resellers, OEM, engineer consultants and general & electrical contractor partners. Sylvain is a Director on the Board of Director at Power Survey International and is a private investor.
