Mr. Steve R. Howe

Biography

 Mr. Steve R. Howe has been the Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of Verex Laboratories, Inc. since March 2000. Mr. Howe has been involved in the development, manufacturing and market analysis of numerous pharmaceutical and drug delivery products since 1986. Mr. Howe served as Chief Executive Officer of PR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 1998. He founded Micrel Limited, Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer from 1987 to 1998. He has been Chairman of Verex Laboratories, Inc. since March 2000. He served as Executive Chairman of AntriaBio, Inc since January 31, 2013 until December 13, 2013. He served as Chairman of PR Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since 1998. He served as a Director of Fits My Style Inc since February 2013. He served as a Director of AntriaBio, Inc. from January 31, 2013 to July 18, 2014. Mr. Howe is active on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Mr. Howe received his BA in Business Administration, with an emphasis on finance and accounting, from the University of Wyoming in 1974.
