Mathew Chacko

Biography

Mathew, an engineering graduate from the University of Madras, started his career with HCL as a Customer Support Engineer and rose to the level of heading the support services for HCL Frontline, one of the group companies of HCL, in a span of 9 years. His achievement included putting together customer support processes across the country. As a Founder Director of Precision, he is responsible for Corporate Strategy, Technology Initiatives and Services. The successfully running Biometric business is one of the technology based initiatives driven by him and he is deeply involved in strategizing future initiatives with a clear focus on providing technology enabled solutions to address business challenges. He is instrumental in devising, implementing and managing the support operations of the group and is now targeting to create a best in class service network focused on addressing the IT service needs of even the underserved markets in the country. An ITIL Manager certified professional, he has modeled the services around ITSM Processes and best practices. Mathew personifies Precision’s passionate commitment to customer satisfaction and high quality of deliverables.
