Biography
Dr. Kerlan is a long-term resident of Geneva, and a graduate of Geneva High School. Dr. Kerlan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Master’s and Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons College in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Kerlan holds a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy and is board certified in both orthopaedics (OCS) and as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS). Dr. Kerlan has brought to the area his expertise in the rehabilitation of all sports and orthopedic musculoskeletal injuries and is a member of the sports medicine team for Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

His specialties include the rehabilitation of shoulders and throwing injuries, lower extremity biomechanics, gait analysis, and orthotics fabrication
