Biography
Isobel joined the High Energy Physics group in the Fall of 2016. She has spent the past 7 years working at the Compact Muon Solenoid Experiment on the Large Hadron Collider located at CERN.Her research interests includes tau lepton properties and measurement of the Higgs boson decaying to taus. She has also has worked on improvements to the CMS trigger algorithm and has also was involved heavily in the trigger upgrade through hardware testing, installation and online monitoring. Isobel Ojalvo received her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin Madison, where she performed a search for a Minimally Supersymmetric Standard Model Higgs Boson decaying to two Tau Leptons.
