Biography
Jeff Kuhn is chief legal officer and general counsel and chief construction and property management officer for ProMedica as well as president of ProMedica Indemnity Corporation. He also serves as secretary of ProMedica and its subsidiary organizations and as a ProMedica Foundation trustee. His prior positions include associate general counsel for ProMedica from 1992 to 1998 and partner in the law firm of Cassidy & Mottl Co., L.P.A. in Cleveland, Ohio from 1982 to 1992. Kuhn earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Bowling Green State University, where he was a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor Society. He received his Juris Doctorate, graduating with honors from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University, where he was a Law Review member. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan, American Health Lawyers Association, and Society of Ohio Healthcare Attorneys.
