Biography
Mr. Jason Michael Barr serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of LiveStyle, Inc. Prior to his role at LiveStyle, Inc., Mr. Barr served as corporate and securities attorney at Reed Smith LLP in New York City, from 2007 to 2013, where he represented LiveStyle, Inc. in its formation and initial public offering and served as the Company’s outside counsel for approximately two years. He has been a Director at ProPhase Labs, Inc. since June 16, 2015. Mr. Barr graduated from Suffolk University Law School in 2007 and received his bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College in 2002.
