Robert V. Cuddihy Jr.

Biography

 Mr. Robert V. Cuddihy, Jr., has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of ProPhase Labs, Inc. since July 15, 2009. Mr. Cuddihy has been the Chief Financial Officer of ProPhase Labs, Inc. since April 21, 2011 and serves as its Chief Accounting Officer. He served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer since October 2009. Mr. Cuddihy has been the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of iDNA, Inc. (formerly, National Auto Credit Inc.) since September 2001. He serves as the Secretary and Treasurer at iDNA, Inc. He has been the Chief Information Officer of HMG Worldwide Corporation since February 2000. Since July 1987, he has been the Chief Financial Officer at HMG Worldwide Corporation and also serves as its Executive Vice President and Principal Accounting Officer. He was an independent financial Consultant to National Auto Credit Inc. from May 2001 to August 2001. Mr. Cuddihy served as the President of Shannon Hill Associates providing due diligence, financial structuring and transaction negotiation services for M&A, restructurings and divestitures. From March 1989 to February 2000, Mr. Cuddihy also served as the Chief Operating Officer of HMG Worldwide Corp. From December 1990 to October 1993, He served as HMG Worldwide Corp.'s President. From July 1981 to July 1987, Mr. Cuddihy was with KMPG Peat Marwick, Certified Public Accountants, where he last served as a Senior Audit Manager. He has been a Director of HMG Worldwide Corporation since February 1988. Mr. Cuddihy graduated with a bachelors degree in accounting from Franklin and Marshall College in 1981.
