Biography
A respected and authoritative voice in the energy sector, Michael Smith leads Constellation Technology Ventures, the venture capital arm of Exelon Corp., which invests in energy-related start-up companies and technologies suitable for commercialization. Mike has worked in various legal, regulatory and commercial roles throughout the United States and Europe and has a strong background in the strategic development and implementation of renewable and sustainable energy product offerings. Mike also serves as director or observer on several other corporate boards. Mike holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Miami and a J.D. from the Duke University School of Law.
