David A. Spencer

Biography

 Mr. David A. Spencer Co-Founded Prytime Medical Devices, Inc.(also known as Pryor Medical Devices, Inc) in 2011 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer and President. Mr. Spencer Founded Speer Medical Devices, Inc. in 2009 and serves as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Head. He founded Texas Intrepid Ventures in 2008. He is the Founder of Mandelbrot Ventures, Inc. and serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer. He Founded OnBoard Software, Inc. in 1996 and served as the Chairman, President and the Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Spencer is a serial business and civic entrepreneur with a passion for Technology Commercialization and Economic Development. He served a crucial role in founding the Center for Infrastructure Assurance and Security at UTSA. Mr. Spencer is a member of several charitable, business, academic, entrepreneurial, public policy and technology economic development organizations and is an active philanthropist. He served as a Director of Comal Independent School District from 2006 to 2014. His other activities in Technology Commercialization include: being a founding Board Member and Board Co-Chairman of the San Antonio Technology Accelerator Initiative. He serves as Director of Prytime Medical Devices, Inc. Mr. Spencer served as Member of Advisory Committee of Texas Emerging Technology Fund. Mr. Spencer was an Electrical Engineer in the Civil Service at Kelly Air Force Base. Mr. Spencer earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988.
