Biography

Ryan McLean, PLS, ENV SP is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Psomas. Ryan oversees the strategic direction of the firm, including external growth through mergers and acquisitions and expansion of the firm into new geographies and services. He leads a company that stresses the importance of being the firm of choice for both clients and employees. For Ryan strong personal relationships with clients are paramount, as is staying in the forefront of technology in the AEC industry. With Psomas for more than three decades, he also knows first-hand how a growth-oriented firm with a tradition of promoting from within provides a wealth of opportunities for its employees. Prior to assuming the role of CEO/President, Ryan was Psomas’ Chief Development Officer. Before that, as Corporate Director of Survey and Mapping, Ryan built the Psomas Survey Group into the largest survey operation in the Western U.S.
