Biography
John E. Major has served as director of our company since May 2013 and became Chairman of our Board in December 2014. He is the President of MTSG, a strategic consulting and investment company. Previously, Mr. Major was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Novatel Wireless, Inc., a wireless data access solutions company. Mr. Major led Novatel´s successful IPO in November 2000. He has also served in executive level positions at Qualcomm, including President of its Wireless Infrastructure Division. Prior to that, Mr. Major held various positions at Motorola, Inc., including Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Major currently serves as lead director of the board of Broadcom Corporation and as a director of Littelfuse, Inc., Lennox International, Inc. and ORBCOMM Inc. Mr. Major received a B.S. in mechanical and aerospace engineering from the University of Rochester, an M.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois, an M.B.A. from Northwestern University and a J.D. from Loyola University.
