Biography
Robert M. Levande has been a director since May 2014 and chairman of the board since July 2014. He served as our vice president from May 2014 until September 2015. Mr. Levande is a senior managing director at MDB Capital Group, LLC, which he joined in 2003. Prior to joining MDB Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Levande was co-head of Life Sciences Corporate Finance at Gilford. Previously, he founded the Palantir Group, Inc., which specializes in providing strategic advice in business development, mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising for the medical technology industry.
