Biography
Osvaldo Campanella is a Professor in Food Process Engineering at Purdue University. Osvaldo earned his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Buenos Aires. He earned his Ph.D. in Food Engineering from the University of Massachusetts. His research interest is in the mechanical properties of biological materials. Before joining the faculty, he was a Senior Lecturer at Massey University (New Zealand).Â
