David Kelly

Biography

Mr. David Kelly serves as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of PWRF Inc.(also known as Prophesi Technologies Inc) and served as its Vice President of Engineering. Mr. Kelly is a wireless semiconductor veteran with over 20 years experience in a variety of roles in radio communications. He was the Vice President of Engineering with Peregrine Semiconductor where he was responsible for developing new product strategy as well as getting products to market. David launched his career with Motorola's Communications Sector in the development engineering organization and has developed radio hardware for virtually all commercial air interface standards. He has a BSEE from the University of Texas at Arlington.
